Jika f(x) = 2x + 3 dan g(x) = 5 – 2x, fungsi komposisi (gof)(x) = ….

Pembahasan:

f(x) = 2x + 3 

g(x) = 5 – 2x 

(gof)(x) = …. ?

   (gof)(x) = g(f(x))

                 = g(2x + 3)

                 = 5 – 2(2x + 3)

                 = 5 – 4x – 6

   (gof)(x) = -4x – 1
