Pembahasan:
a. Nilai a dan b
f(-2) = -2a + b = -17
f(5) = 5a + b = 4 _
-7a = -21
a = 3
5a + b = 4
5 . 3 + b = 4
b = 4 – 15
b = - 11
b. Rumus fungsi f(x)
f(x) = ax + b
f(x) = 3x – 11
c. Nilai f(-5) dan f(3)
f(-5) = 3(-5) – 11 = -15 – 11 = -26
f(3) = 3(3) – 11 = 9 – 11 = -2
d. Nilai k sehingga f(k) = 10
f(k) = 10
3k – 11 = 10
3k = 10 + 11
k = 21/3
k = 7
